Northpark will be constructing a 7-Story, 39 Unit Residential Condominium on the northeast corner of 146th Street and Frederick Douglass Blvd. in Harlem, NY.  The project will include 6,000 s.f. of retail and approximately 43,000 s.f. of residential space.

The development includes a challenging approval process through the City of New York, and the inclusion of approximately seven affordable units at a 90% AMI level.

The project will seek support from the local Community Board, Councilman Robert Jackson’s office, and the Department of Housing and Preservation for the City of New York.

Construction for this $15 million project is expected to start in January 2012.

Northpark will be renovating a 7-Story existing building located at Pitt Street and Delancey in New York’s popular Lower East Side neighborhood.  The project will include 3,000 s.f. of retail and approximately 12,000 s.f. of residential space to provide 12 loft rentals.   Total project cost is approximately $6.5 million.
